4-Bed House Conversion – Full Refurbishment & Loft Extension

Overview

This project involved transforming a dated 3-bedroom property into a spacious 4-bedroom family home. A key logistical challenge was the lack of on-site parking, requiring all materials to be manually delivered. Structurally, the home was stripped back to its shell to allow for major internal reconfiguration, a ground floor open-plan layout, and the addition of a generous loft extension.

Our Approach

The project required a comprehensive approach with careful planning for material delivery due to the lack of on-site parking. The home was completely stripped back to its shell for major reconfiguration, including creating an open-plan ground floor and adding a substantial loft extension.

Results

The finished home spans three floors and balances elegant design with practical family living. The bright open-plan kitchen/reception area is complemented by a new utility room and downstairs WC. Upstairs, the loft level offers a peaceful retreat with a luxurious master suite. This modern conversion now provides flexible space that adapts to everyday life—designed and built with longevity in mind.
