Hi, I'm Sam Selimi, founder of Solid Building Aspect. I've been in construction since 2000 and launched SBA Ltd in 2008. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted team of skilled, reliable tradespeople—many of whom I've worked with for years.

Over the years, I've delivered everything from large-scale developments to bespoke home renovations—and I still get a buzz from seeing a project come together. We're hands-on and solution-oriented, managing every part of the build—from structural work to the final finishes—with care, creativity, and a can-do attitude.

What drives me? Creating smart, stylish spaces that actually work for the people living in them. I love design that's practical, thoughtful, and feels effortless—often inspired by my travels across Europe.

When I'm not on site, you'll find me in the garden picking out the next round of plants, biking, exploring new places with my family, or experimenting with fresh juice recipes (my kids are the official taste-testers!).
